Projects

These are personal projects I built to solve problems in my own life or to explore specific technical challenges. Each one is fully functional, publicly accessible, and created without external funding, deadlines, or marketing goals. They serve as both practical tools and demonstrations of what I can deliver independently, from idea to deployment.

LocatieRapport: Link to heading

LocatieRapport is a self-service web tool that helps Dutch entrepreneurs choose the ideal location for their business. Users can filter target audiences by age, income, education, homeownership, and more, then view suitable neighborhoods on a heatmap. Reports are generated instantly with competitor analysis and delivered via email as a PDF. Built with Angular, Firebase, Puppeteer, and Google Places API.

Wijkvergelijker: Link to heading

Wijkvergelijker Wijkvergelijker is a personal tool I built to compare Dutch neighborhoods while searching for a home. It allows side-by-side comparisons of demographic and housing data to better understand where we might want to live. It was my first completed project involving maps, neighborhood boundaries, and population statistics, laying the groundwork for more advanced tools like LocatieRapport. Built with SvelteKit and public CBS datasets.

Pokertool: Link to heading

Pokertool is a minimalist estimation poker app for agile teams. I built it because I was frustrated with tools that required sign-ups, showed ads, or tried to upsell full project management suites. This tool does one thing well: help teams estimate story points together, quickly and without distractions. No accounts, no marketing fluff—just a clean interface and a shareable link. Built with SvelteKit, Firebase.
